Since ancient times, artists have been enthralled with the most magnificent of creatures, the horse. The Babylonians, Greeks, and Romans all immortalized this amazing animal in paintings, wall reliefs, and sculpture.

I have endeavored to sculpt the modern American horse in the traditional European style, including not only the pose and countenance of the animal, but the style of basing as well.
