I’ve attempted to create tension by encircling the seemingly immovable figure in a kinetic and turbulent environment, thus imparting to the figure a sense of inner strength and power... metaphorically expressing our ability to withstand and overcome the turbulent times and events of today’s changing and sometimes uncertain world as we look to the future.

The flowing garment wraps totally around the figure which is fully finished in the round.
