REFORMATION is the theme of this monumental sculpture.

This twelve foot stone statue of German religious reformer Martin Luther, was commissioned by Lenoir-Rhyne University. Jon poses with the full size finished stone sculpture–the world's largest stone statue of Martin Luther.

As a priest and theological professor, Luther confronted Roman Catholic doctrine with his “Ninety-Five Theses” in 1517, making a tremendous impact on the church and on German culture.
